Returns & Refunds Policy
All Thikr Art pieces are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, created with care and attention to detail. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your claim and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Local Delivery Orders (Louisville, KY Area)
Customers within 30 miles of Louisville, Kentucky receive hand-delivery service. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If damage or an issue is noticed during drop-off, it must be reported immediately for review.
Shipped Orders
For customers outside the local delivery area, please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If damage occurred during shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos and details. Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method.
